Shipping policy

Shipping Area
We currently ship to mainland France only. We do not ship to Corsica, overseas territories, or international destinations at this time.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days within mainland France. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carrier and may be longer during peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales events).

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all orders within mainland France. There is no minimum order requirement.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@galerievienne.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If your package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.
