Refund policy

At Galerievienne, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition in which you received it

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Certain items cannot be returned, including intimate apparel, personalized or custom-made products, and items marked as final sale. This does not affect your statutory rights under French law.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact us at info@galerievienne.com with your order number. You do not need to provide a reason for your return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Your bank or payment provider may take up to 8 business days to post the refund to your account.

If your return is rejected due to the item not meeting our eligibility criteria, we will contact you to arrange return shipping of the item back to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 8 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the refund is still not visible, contact us at info@galerievienne.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights under French consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité) and the right of withdrawal (droit de rétractation).
